The African Democratic Congress ADC Ethiope Federal House Of Representatives flag bearer, Hon. Comr. Prince Ukuanovwe Godstime has felicitated with Deltans, extending to those at home and in diaspora on the occasion of the Delta’s 31st Anniversary that is the creation of Delta from the old Bendel State.
He made this call on Saturday morning of 27th August, 2022 prior to the Preparatory moment for the Burial rite’s of Pa Aghomi the Amakashe of Idjerhe kingdom, the father to Comr Aghomi Oghenekevwe, who is the ADC flag bearer for Ethiope West House of Assembly Seat, Delta State.
He called for unity amongst all Deltans saying that unity breeds peace, development, wealth, progress and gross development, Stating that if unity is nurtured amongst the complex and diverse people of Delta, the state shall sail to Eldorado within a short while
He furthermore, congratulated the Delta State Government ably led by Governor Ifeanyi A. Okowa for the progress they've made so far, urging them to do more for betterment of the good people of Delta, pointing to the fact that thirty one year's after the creation of the state, there is yet little or no project/development in mind, opting that more could be done
Ukuanovwe on the other hand, called on Public office holders to put Delta first in their day to day activities, as that's the only way out at this moment geared at giving a more healthy and prosperous Delta of all.
In a relative statement, he urged Delta Youths to shun cultism, drug abuse and every several other social vices being detrimental to their Personal growth and Health.
He harped on unity and love amongst young Deltans irrespective of social, economic and political status saying that if young Deltans come's together and believe in themselves, standing with one voice, the sky would be their starting point.
